It is my favorite size, and it can dry my hair quickly.

My previous version of this tool kicked the bucket, and I was a big fan. I'm pleased to say you've made several improvements that I really appreciate: the motor is more robust, now I have 4 temperature/speed options instead of 3, and the instructions are clearer on how to add volume. My hair dries quickly, looks fantastic, and my arms don't feel like they're about to fall off. One suggestion for a future improvement could be adding a cool/low flow setting in addition to the cool/high flow setting. The cool setting really helps lock in the body and curve of the hair.

I've tried brushes before that claim to straighten like a regular straightener, but I thought I'd give the comb a shot, and I could always return it if it didn't work for me. Well, I absolutely adore it! I did use a smoothing spray, and I didn't take as much time to go slow and section it off as I could have, so it could probably be even smoother and straighter if I put in more effort. The only thing I don't like is that the buttons are right where you hold the tool to use it, and it's easy to accidentally lower the heat or turn it off. I've noticed this with most products like this, though. Not a big deal, just have to be careful not to accidentally change the heat or turn it off. But overall, super happy with it! It's an awesome product, and I love all the accessories that come with it!

I've had an older model for about 5 years, but it always felt too big for my shorter, thin hair. Plus, I didn't like how hot it got! When I spotted this newer model with a smaller barrel and a MEDIUM heat speed, I was thrilled! I ordered it right away, got it quickly, and gave it a try. The smaller barrel size is fantastic, but here's the catch there is absolutely no difference between the medium and high heat settings. They are EXACTLY the same! I even ordered another dryer to compare, hoping the first one was just defective. Unfortunately, both dryers had the same issue ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MEDIUM AND HIGH HEAT SETTINGS!

I've got really long, curly/wavy hair. I managed to straighten it in less than 10 minutes. It leaves your hair incredibly silky and soft. No dry ends, just very smooth. Traditional hair straighteners take ages and leave my ends dry and frizzy. Not the case with this! It's absolutely worth it. This tool works wonders, and I love it!
