This shower chair is fantastic. It's rated for up to 450 pounds and features a spacious seat, although I doubt someone at that weight could comfortably fit between the handrails if they have more fat than muscle. Because of its size, it just about squeezes through the glass doors of my shower.There are 17 pieces to put together. It took me around 45 minutes to assemble, mainly because I struggled with inserting the bars that support the seat into the holes. Once assembled, though, the seat is incredibly sturdy with no wobbling. This chair offers five height adjustments, and I have it set at the highest level in my shower, measuring 21 inches from the base of the legs to the top of the seat. I prefer my shower chairs to be higher, and this height works perfectly for me.

My husband had an accident and is currently not very mobile. Our tub is narrow, and this chair fits just right.

There are a lot of pieces, but if you have the patience and skill, you’ll be successful. My husband managed to figure it out, though I got stuck on step one and couldn’t figure out which way to hold the piece. The instruction booklet was impressive, with high-quality drawings and proper grammar, making it easy to follow. The chair components were in brand new condition and of excellent quality. This is a fantastic, high-quality product. My husband's dad really likes it because he feels safer in the shower. He used to have his walker in or near the shower, but now he feels more confident with the chair. The seat is nice and wide, and the adjustable height is a plus. After seeing his dad’s chair, my mother wanted one too, so we ordered another for her.

This is so convenient! It was a breeze for my husband to assemble. I'm a larger woman, and it holds me with no issues!
